Scope

This new development consists of a five block apartment complex beside the Grand Canal on the edge of Georgian Dublin, with bright, spacious apartments from 1 to 4 bedrooms in size.

Flat roofing installation using Paralon reinforced bitumen membrane Warm Roof System with aluminium copings.
 
Installation of vertical Prefa Prefalz  cladding with full non-combustible buildup.
