The first Ordnance Survey was established in 1846 to comprehensively map the island of Ireland and its surrounding islands. Today the Ordnance Survey of Ireland continues this work.
Crannog were engaged to restore the roof and substructure of buildings for the OSI Headquarters in the Phoenix Park, Dublin.
The roof was stripped, necessary timber repairs carried out, and the roof was re-covered with both Riverstone Argentinian and Blue Bangor slates. Additionally, flat roofing and custom-built leadworks were installed on both structures.
